A large crowd of Iraqi Christians and Supporters gathered in front of the Parliament Building last Saturday 26 July 2014 in an act of solidarity with the indigenous Christian communities of Mosul.
The aim of the demonstration was to bring awareness of the situation in Iraq to the British people and to the world. The short and long term implications of the genocide of the Christians in a part of the world, where Christianity was born, are extremely serious and the issue needs to be dealt with urgently.
