It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Ramiz Rassam, a cherished colleague, friend, and fellow trustee of ICIN. Ramiz was a steady presence, a generous spirit, and a person whose kindness and commitment to ICIN were always centred on people—the families we support, the communities we serve, and those who make our mission possible. We will remember his gentleness, humility, and unwavering belief in quietly and sincerely doing good. Ramiz gave his time freely and his compassion without hesitation. As a trustee, he helped guide ICIN with integrity and wisdom. As a colleague, he offered encouragement and support. As a friend, he brought warmth, loyalty, and genuine care to all who knew him. We extend our deepest condolences to Lena and the entire family. May they find comfort in knowing how deeply Ramiz was respected, valued, and admired, and how fondly he will be remembered by all of us at ICIN.
