Thank You
Our Christmas celebration night was a huge success and your generosity raised a net amount of £12,105.
In addition and through the efforts of our patron Canon William Taylor and the generosity of the parish of St John’s Notting Hill, a donation of £100,000 was made available to ICIN in support of its work for Nineveh Reconstruction. May God bless the generosity of many!
We are very grateful to the time and efforts dedicated by Mr Joe Bahoshy in organizing the whole event, and working with all the participants to give us such a joyful and successful night.
We are most thankful to the participation of the Iraqi churches in London represented by Mgr Nizar Semaan and the Mar Behnam Youth choir of the Syriac Catholic church and by Fr. Nadhir Dakko and the Children’s choir of the Chaldean Catholic church, and to the generosity of our benefactors and all the volunteers that made the night a success.
Finally, a big thank you goes to our readers and musicians: the Quartet of soloists Billie Robson, Simone Ibbett Browne, Francis Melville and Jake Muffett led by Tom Primrose, Director of Music and Organist of St John’s NH, Dicky Thomas and the Pafties of St Benedict’s School, Ealing, the Children and Youth choirs and Carl Bahoshy.
